What To Do If I Have A Problem With My Checkit System?

If you have any questions or issues with the system then the Help Centre is a great place to start.

Browse the categories or use the search tool to look for information. If you're having problems then there is a dedicated troubleshooting section. If you need further assistance then please open a support ticket to contact our team and we'll be happy to help.

For Support and Customer Service Enquiries:

Checkit customers have full access to the Help Centre and can browse additional Product Support articles and video guides.

To access this, login with the credentials sent to the primary account holder when they setup Checkit.
