1.4. Signing In To The Product Support Centre

Signing In to Help Centre

Some of the knowledgebase content is only available to existing users. Select 'Sign in' in the top right to login with your Help Centre credentials.

To begin, you will need to go to the Checkit website and follow the steps listed below:

  1. Click on 'SUPPORT' to raise a ticket with our Customer Support team
  2. Click on 'My ACCOUNT' to log in to the Control Centre.

Please note that users will need to be created on the control control centre before being able to log in and access the help centre for knowledgebase content or support purpose only.


Submitting a Ticket

For support use, all types of users can raise and submit a ticket with us regarding support, troubleshooting or questions relating to services and our system.
