Can the Checkit Food Safety Group help me in the event of a customer complaint?

If a customer attempts to make a claim against your business for causing a food borne illness the CFSG can help.

The PAP can be available to provide you with advice in this event and can be available to advise on key areas of your Food Safety Management system that may need to be re-examined as required. However, if the claim is due to neglect, omission or other failing on your part, then this is outside the scope of the PAP.
